I am a transitioning vegetarian. As of March 1, I no longer eat red meat (beef, pork). I am also planning on giving up chicken. I still love fish so I will have to eat that sparingly. I have switched back to soy milk and I'm currently not sure what I will do about eggs. The reasoning for me going vegetarian is because I want to loss weight and get healthy! I need to eat more fruits and veggies.
